When will my status update?
Status updates are reflected in real-time as soon as our administrative staff scan your documents or biometrics at various checkpoints.
What does 'Quality Verified' mean?
It means your biometric data and documents have passed our internal quality assurance checks and have been securely transmitted to the diplomatic mission.
I lost my Tracking ID. What should I do?
Please visit the application center where you submitted your biometrics with a valid government ID to retrieve your tracking information.
Can I download my fingerprint scans?
No. For security and privacy reasons, downloading or printing biometric data is strictly prohibited. You may only view it securely online.
