Understanding Your Costs
The total cost of your application typically consists of two main parts: the Government Visa Fee (which we collect on behalf of the diplomatic mission) and the VFS Global Service Fee (for administrative and biometric services).
Optional value-added services are also available to enhance your experience. Please review the fee schedule below. Note that all fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed, regardless of the visa decision.
Exchange Rates
Fees are subject to change without notice due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. The exact amount will be calculated at the center on the day of your appointment.

- Personal Checks are NOT accepted
Refund Policy
Visa Refusals
Visa fees and VFS service fees are non-refundable if your visa application is refused by the diplomatic mission, as the processing has already taken place.
Appointment Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee. Government fees are strictly non-refundable.
Online Payment Errors
If you experience a duplicate charge due to a technical error on our payment gateway, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed within 7-10 business days.
